ENG 102 Freshman English II                                    

Along with the academic reading skills, technical and sub-technical vocabulary acquisition that are covered in Freshman English ENG 101, this four-skill-integrated course, ENG 102,  will heavily focus on writing and presentation techniques needed for academic contexts. The content of the course covers themes relevant to students’ undergraduate studies, ranging from Administrative Sciences to Engineering. In addition to these academic language skills taught through content-based instruction, the course will provide the students with the basic knowledge of professional English to be used in their prospective careers, which will help them be familiar with the professional life through the use of authentic language activities, such as case studies and projects.
